CANDLEMAS Sunday January 26, 2020

Blessing of Young Children January 26, 2020

We will have a special time in our 9:30 worship service for parents

to bring their children who are younger than five for a blessing.

Each family will light a candle for their child. Families do not have

to be members of this church, to bring their children for a Candlemas blessing.  We hope all the families with young children will be here for this special service. Grandparents and other relatives are invited to sit with their family. Please let Reverend Lark know if you or your friends and family with young children would like to be included in this service.  We need to know the number of children who will be blessed in order to have the correct number of candles available for lighting.  Notify the office by Monday, January 20, if you will be participating. Families participating are asked to meet at the front of sanctuary at 9:15 a.m., Sunday, January 26.
